Your stay, beyond the walls.

Everything you need is already here. What you don't expect, you'll find just outside.

More than just breakfast.

Included in your stay, we'll give you a voucher to spend however you like, whenever you like, at our handpicked venues just steps from Palazzo Firenze. A classic or savoury breakfast in the morning, a light lunch at noon, an aperitivo or cocktail at sunset. A culinary treat that adapts to your rhythm.

Colazione Gourmet

The sea, 150 metres away.

The beach is literally around the corner. And for our guests, a reserved spot is already waiting: a private sunbed and parasol at our partner beach clubs. Included in your stay. Step out, walk a few paces, and you're on the sand.

Stabilimento balneare

The Rooftop.

Sunbathe, work, have a drink, watch the sunset over Pescara. A space designed with a clear identity — where light belongs and the sky stretches over the rooftops the way it only does in the best seasons. And if you'd like to arrange something special with outside guests, we'll make it happen together.

The centre of everything.

Palazzo Firenze sits in the heart of Pescara — Abruzzo's most dynamic city, the region's commercial and business hub, and the gateway to one of Italy's most beautiful stretches of Adriatic coastline.

Connections and Convenience

150 metres to the sea. 250 metres to the train station. Less than 10 kilometres to Abruzzo Airport, connecting Pescara to major Italian and European cities. Over 650 parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Bus terminal, trolleybus stops and taxis just minutes on foot.

The Coast on two wheels

For cycling enthusiasts: Palazzo Firenze sits right alongside the Bike to Coast — a 131-kilometre cycling and walking path running the entire length of the Abruzzo coast from Martinsicuro to the Costa dei Trabocchi, awarded Italy's best cycle-tourism route in 2020. Sea, medieval villages, trabocchi fishing platforms and unspoilt nature, all on two wheels.

The Power of the Territory

But Pescara is not just about the sea. Less than an hour's drive away, inland Abruzzo opens up: the Gran Sasso — the roof of the Apennines, with Corno Grande rising to 2,912 metres — and the Majella National Park. Two mountains that, as Ennio Flaiano once wrote, "are impossible to ignore, monumental and free." Medieval villages, national parks, ski slopes in winter, hiking trails in summer.

Just a short walk from the property stands the birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio, and the pedestrian centre is full of restaurants, theatres and social life.

Sea, mountains, culture, business. A place that offers all of this in one.
