The Story.

The 1925 building stands there, guarding Pescara's pedestrian center, welcoming those who arrive. It has been there so long that we've lost count. It has changed its purpose many times, but always with one calling: hospitality.

It has watched time pass, customs and habits change. But it remained the same. Solid and watchful.

And now, carefully and respectfully restored, it has returned to be a symbol of Pescara. A new emblem of hospitality: that of gentle and sustainable luxury.
